Support BWitC in the Great Manchester Run 2023

On Sunday the 21st of May staff and supporters of Bolton Wanderers in the Community will again be taking part in the AJ Bell Great Manchester Run, marking the event’s 20^th anniversary.

The Great Manchester Run is the city’s original and best-loved running event with a high-energy soundtrack, live music and entertainment zones at every turn. The run welcomes thousands of charity runners taking on the challenge of a 10k or half marathon each year to raise millions for charity. The primary aim for us is to raise money for the vital work that Bolton Wanderers in the Community carries out across the Town, supporting some of the most vulnerable members of the community.

Last year we had 15 runners complete the event flying the flag for BWitC. This year we’re thrilled to say that spaces are now very limited, meaning we’ve had a fantastic response so far!

We have asked that all runners pledge £150 to the event. This would entitle the participant to free entry, fundraising support from Bolton Wanderers in the Community and an invitation to our excusive event with Bolton Wanderers First Team Staff to assist with all aspects of 10k training!

Runners will also receive a free t-shirt courtesy of B2B Workwear & Janitorial. B2B are kindly supplying the all the t-shirts for the event, and we’re thrilled to have them on board as official shirt sponsors!
