Pre-Match Support and Advice with Bolton Wanderers in the Community

Join Bolton Wanderers in the Community on Saturday 8th February in the Wellbeing Hub, supported by Vital Energi, where Wanderers fans and passers-by alike will be able to benefit from a host of wellbeing advice and information including mental, physical, and financial wellbeing support. 

The event, hosted in BWitC’s Wellbeing hub before BWFC take on Crawley Town, brings together a range of services and professionals for anyone wanting support and advice on their mental, physical and financial wellbeing. The organisations involved include Bolton Wanderers in the Community, Bolton Council, Bolton Digital, Employment and Skills, Citizens Advice Bury and Bolton, Bolton Public Health, Healthwatch Bolton, Age UK, Hoot, ABL and Bolton Guild of Help.

Running from 12:30pm-2:30pm, the event will be delivered alongside the charity’s usual pre-match offer, with Bolton Wanderers in the Community providing free, family friendly activities and refreshments.

Head of Community, Richard Slater, said: “We know that many people in Bolton are concerned about their financial, mental or physical wellbeing. This event, in partnership with key organisations in Bolton is part of our wider strategy to provide preventative support to the Bolton community.”

Join Bolton Wanderers in the Community and all other organisations involved between 12:30pm-2:30pm at the Wellbeing Hub, supported by Vital Energi, situated next to the BWFC Ticket Office, before kick-off.
