BWitC Welcome Morgan Care Ltd as New Community Partner
Bolton Wanderers in the Community recently welcomed Morgan Care Ltd, who own and operate Bakewells Care Home in Bolton, to watch Bolton Wanderers 1-0 victory over Blackpool. They were invited to recognise and celebrate the care provider becoming a community partner of the Charity.
This community partnership reflects the shared commitment of Bolton Wanderers in the Community and Morgan Care Ltd to make a positive impact and difference to the Bolton community.
Family owned and managed, The Bakewells is a superior residential home providing luxury accommodation for up to 23 residents within the Bakewells (Residential Care Home) and an additional 11 residents within the “Deane” Residential Dementia Care Unit, their bespoke setting for clients with Dementia and other age-related cognitive impairments.
Speaking on the partnership, Andy Morgan, Managing Director of Morgan Care Ltd said ““It is more important than ever that we all come together and link up with our communities and what better way to do that than become a partner with Bolton Wanderers in the Community. BWitC has a packed programme of initiatives, not just covering sport but also promoting health and wellbeing in general. It’s an exciting time for the club and BWitC and we are so proud as an organisation to support what they are trying to do to make our town and borough a better and healthier place to live.”
Richard Slater, BWitC’s Head of Community said “We are delighted with the partnership between ourselves and Morgan Care Ltd. Their support this season will go a long way towards supporting our aims and objectives as a charity. Partnering with local, Bolton based people and organisations is crucial when it comes to delivering positive change for our communities. All at BWitC would like to thank Morgan Care Ltd for their ongoing support.”
